Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Retail Territory Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our retail stores within a designated geographic area. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales goals, optimizing store operations, and ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the assigned territory, including sales targets, store performance objectives, and growth strategies.

Store Management: Provide leadership and support to store managers within the territory, ensuring each store operates efficiently and in line with company standards.

Sales and Revenue Growth: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels in each store, minimizing out-of-stock situations and overstocking.

Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with store teams to ensure visually appealing and effective product displays that enhance the shopping experience.

Customer Experience: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality, addressing customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Staff Development: Coach, train, and develop store managers and staff to enhance their skills and capabilities, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Compliance and Policies: Ensure that all stores in the territory adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Budget Management: Manage and oversee the budget for the territory, including expenses related to store operations, marketing, and promotions.


• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
• years of experience in retail management, including experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and operational objectives
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience or internships in marketing, especially within a retail setting
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation skills
• Understanding of email marketing and basic analytical tools
